S5 (1.g)

S5 is the second year of the pre-orientation cycle. In S5, students will receive teaching in many different subjects, so they have the best possible foundation for choosing their ideal subject package for the diploma program in S6 and S7. You can find all subjects in S5 here.

All social and academic events in S5 can be found in the calendar on Lectio. The easiest way to get an overview is by clicking 鈥渉ovedmenu鈥 followed by 鈥渕氓nedskalender鈥.

First semester tests

All first semester tests are organized and carried out by the teacher. The tests will take place in the weeks 47 鈥 51 and will to some extent take part during regular teaching. This format of the B-tests is new and allows the teachers to test other competencies than those tested in written tests.

Teachers will inform the students about the format and frames of the test well in advance.

Please note that absence without a valid reason will result in a mark of 0.

Second semester B-tests

B-tests in optional subjects and PE will be organised by the teacher in weeks 21 and 22.

Remaining tests are organized by the school and will take place from Monday 1 June up to and including Wednesday 10 June (excluding Grundlovsdag 5 June as well as the weekend 6 – 7 June). These tests are also made by and corrected by the teachers and lead to the B2-mark.

The exams in June are harmonised with regards to either the questions or the assessment criteria.
